EXCHANGE POLICY

We know buying online can be difficult! We currently do not accept exchanges due tracking issue, If you need a different style, color, or size, please email us with the original order number & info - so we can refund your purchase when it arrives and then place a new order,

All items being returned must be unworn/unwashed apparel within 15 days from the delivery confirmation date. Please note ...We do not pay for shipping item back to us.

Even though we provide a chart size, we understand that sometimes something doesn't fit quite right that is not a problem.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We do our best to carefully inspect each garment in your order before shipping it out to you. Despite our best efforts, we are sorry & sometimes overlook damaged items. If you received a damaged garment, please contact us immediately! Do not ship damaged item back to us until you contact us.
  • Please send us an email with pictures so we can get the process started for you!
  • Please note, that we will only be able to credit the card used to make the original purchase. If you are returning a gift, you will be issued merchandise credit in the amount of your return.
  • It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse.
  • We will process your return within a week but most credit cards will take 2 billing cycles to reflect your refund, so please be patient.
  • You can return items within 15 days from delivery confirmation for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
  • Just email us directly and we'll take you through the process
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into original bag with all labels and tags attached.
  • Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

 

MAKING A RETURN:

  1. If you are shipping from Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii, you must ship your return using a trackable shipping method. Daisy – Bella cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
  2. Please allow up to 7 days transit time.
  3. Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.
  4. Upon receipt of returned goods, Daisy – Bella .com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
  5. Please note that all items marked 50% off are FINAL SALE. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

As an online business our prices change in response to stock, promotions, and demand from customers. In this case, we do not offer price adjustments.
